Yukon Trapline with Deeded Land

This is the land where the skies dance at night and you will find some of the only last true frontier.  This trapline lies in the far SE corner of the Yukon where the wild is still wild.  The line is accessed via a good sized airstrip, where you quad 3 kms to the river and then travel via boat 8 kms upriver to the main line cabin.  It’s an adventure in itself! 

Here’s the really unique part, there is a trapline lease in place for the cabin, however there is also 5 acres of freehold land at the same site.  This is pretty unusual to have deeded land that is so remote.  This offering includes the trapline, trapline lease and 5 acres of land.

The main line cabin lies on the shores of the Beaver River and is a comfortable spot to call home for the winter months.  The trapline has only been trapped in about a 15 kms radius around the cabin, although there is about 80 kms of trail that are in various states of clearing.  The other line cabin sites could be developed if the new owner so pleased. 

The cabin and trapline come fully equipped with traps, furnished cabin complete with cook stove, out buildings, and everything required to live here comfortably for the trapping season (or longer)!
