What a perfect waterfront get-away and within 4 hrs of the lower mainland!  This cabin has it all!  Located in the community of Peter Hope Lake Resort, surrounded by Crown Land, Cabin #26 is situated on an island which provides waterfront on both sides, as well as privacy and space from the rest of the community.  The cabin is tucked in the middle of the island which is accessed via a beautiful steel bridge allowing UTV and quad access only.  This ensures your peace and quiet, yet still allows good access to your cabin. 

This cabin comes fully furnished with your main level of the cabin featuring a living room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace, as well as a spacious kitchen with island, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.  Upstairs you will find a loft featuring the main bedroom, a multi-purpose nook and full bathroom.  There’s also a 4’ concrete crawl space which is great for storing the kayaks and other toys.  Oh, did I mention they are included as well?!  This cabin is cozy, yet big enough to accommodate your family and friends.  It also allows short term rentals which can be a big advantage.  

Beside the cabin is a pull up for your boat, so you are steps away from being on the water to catch those early morning fish rising.  Peter Hope Lake provides excellent fishing opportunities year round with multiple species to target: Kokanee, Rainbows and even a few Cutthroat Trout.  In addition to this, there are a multitude of other year-round lake activities at your fingertips, not to mention trails right from the property for recreating, whether that is hiking, biking, snowmobiling or quadding.

This cabin is in a rural, gated community with year-round caretakers providing you peace of mind while you are off-site.  There are not many opportunities like this that provide the security of a gated community while being in the middle of nature.  It’s the best of both worlds!
